The Sleep Cycle takes advantage of your phone accelerometer by sensing the movements you make during the night while your phone is on your mattress. These movements are translated into your sleep cycle so the app can wake you up during your lightest stage of sleep, ensuring you wake up feeling more well rested. Sleep Cycle shows how long you were in bed, your quality of sleep, a graph of your sleep cycle, average bedtime and you can input your mood when you wake up. Start revealing patterns about what affects your sleep such as eating too much or caffeine by viewing a graph that correlates these factors to your sleep quality.
