The Withings Pulse O2 is a clippable or wristworn activity tracker that can also track the quality of your sleep. The tracker analyzes your movement to gain a full picture of your sleep cycles. How much time you spent awake, in deep or light sleep and in bed. You can also view how times you were awoken and at what time during the night. By setting sleep goals, such as 8 hours of sleep a night, you can keep tabs on how well you do through the Withings Pulse O2 app called Health Mate. Putting the tracker into sleep mode is simple, just press the button on top of the device.
