Fitbit has a series of trackers and the Charge is their latest entry. It is an updated version of the Force, which Fitbit discontinued in (date). The newest feature on the Fitbit Charge is automatic sleep tracking – previous Fitbits required multiple taps in order to switch between activity mode and sleep mode. In our testing, we found that the Charge could tell the difference between sleeping and being idle – for example, leaving it on a nightstand.

Automatic sleep tracking allows you to focus more on sleep and less on worrying if your sleep is being tracked.
