Smartphone app, Sleep Time, is placed on your mattress to track your movements and the app’s algorithms translate these movements into information about your time in light and deep sleep and time awake. Set the alarm clock and window of time you are willing to be woken up beforehand and it will wake you up during your lightest sleep within that window of time. If you want to mix up your alarm music, you can set the alarm to shuffle and it will randomly select a song from your library.
