T2 Mood Tracker

The National Center for Telehealth & Technology (T2) is an organization affiliated with the Department of Defense. The Center created the T2 Mood Tracker originally for service members so they could monitor their mood after deployment, but it is now a popular mood tracker outside of the military. You can track your mood based on six different scales: anxiety, stress, depression, brain injury, post-traumatic stress and general well-being. There is a “Notes” section, where you can list your medications and treatments so you can see if there are any changes in your mood based on those indicators.
