When you open the Moodlytics app for the first time, it offers a guided tour of all its features and how to use it. You log your mood by selecting how you feel, the length of time you have been feeling that mood, reason for your mood (e.g. family, friends, work), who is responsible for your mood and notes. The “Analyze” section allows the user to see what moods are affiliated with certain people, day of the week, or factors like work or family. On the dashboard itself, you can create personal goals for your mood and mark them off as you reach them.
