Strides is a healthy habit tracker that gives the user flexibility in how to stay on track. There are four options: With “Target” you can set a goal to reach by a certain day (e.g. run 10 miles by September 21st); with “Habit” your goal is to complete a habit consistently each week for a certain period of time (e.g. workout 3 times a week for 8 weeks); with “Average” you stay true to the amount you need to achieve the habit (e.g. meditate an average of 10 minutes or more per day); and finally “Milestones” allows you to set a date when you will complete a project (e.g. by September 21st I will run a marathon). Your data shows how you are doing in the context of many weeks and your momentum, which can help you stay motivated. You can select pre-made goals or create your own.
