Balanced is a fun and simple app to track the habits you’re trying to maintain. You can create your own habits or choose from a long list of habits relating to improving your confidence or fitness. Once you select a habit, you then select how many times you would like do it per day, week, month or year. You can also personalize the goal by selecting a colorful icon to go with it. When you have completed the habit, just swipe to the right and once you have done it at least five times, you can click on the habit to see its history.
